On the death anniversary of al-Humaira, Sheikh al-Habib (May Allah prolong his life) began his speech by directing a number of questions to the crowd; in an attempt to mention the uncountable crimes committed by Aisha:

• Shall I mention how she poisoned and assassinated the Apostle of God (peace be upon him and his pure family)?

• Shall I mention how she abused the Mistress of all women (peace be upon her) and caused her to cry?

• Shall I mention the rebellion she led against the Commander of the faithful (peace be upon him) which resulted in the deaths of 30,000 Muslims?

• Shall I mention how she expressed her happiness at the martyrdom of Lady Fatima al-Zahra (peace be upon her)?

• Shall I mention the prostration she performed when she was informed that Imam Ali (peace be upon him) had been killed in his Mihrab (i.e. a secluded prayer area)?

• Shall I mention [the fact] that she was the first person to shoot the first arrow at the corpse of Imam al-Hassan (peace be upon him)?

• Shall I mention how she blackened the history (of Islam) with the impudent and dissolute acts that she had committed?

• Shall I mention how she used to loiter outside (of her house)?

• Shall I mention the issue of Adult-breastfeeding?

• Shall I mention how she fabricated thousands of Hadiths and falsely attributed them to the Prophet (peace be upon him and his pure family)? And how she besmirched the Prophet’s reputation, degraded his personality and “opened a door of verbal attacks” against him?

His eminence then presented three proofs, two of which were selected from the books of Ahlul Khilaf (i.e. Bakris) to prove that “Aisha daughter of Abu Bakr” is now burning in hellfire. However, the third proof was taken from Shia sources.

1. First Proof: Aisha falsely claimed that the holy Prophet (peace be upon him and his pure family) was bewitched, and that the Jews had cast a spell of magic on him! She claimed that the Prophet (peace be upon him and his pure family) was under the spell of Jews for six months; during which he used to imagine that he had done things when he had not!

Bakris, in fact, cannot deny this because it is reported in their most authentic book “Sahih al-Bukhari”. Al-Bukhari has listed the following narration specifically under the chapter “Characteristics of Satan and his army” because magic is from Satan, and magicians take help from Satan’s powers to cast spells on their targets. Therefore, one can logically deduce that the holy Prophet (peace be upon him and his pure family), according to Aisha’s narrations, was controlled and deceived by Satan!

“Narrated Aisha: Once the Prophet was bewitched so that he began to imagine that he had done a thing which in fact he had not done.” (Sahih al-Bukhari, Vol. 4, Bk. 53, No. 400)

“Narrated Aisha: Magic was worked on Allah's Apostle so that he used to think that he had sexual relations with his wives while he actually had not.” (Sahih al-Bukhari, Vol. 7, Bk. 71, No. 660)

Al-Bukhari has reported a remark by Sufyan ibn ‘Ayniyah who said: “That is the hardest kind of magic as it has such an effect”. This means that the holy Prophet (peace be upon him and his pure family), according to Aisha’s narration, was controlled by the hardest kind of magic!

Aisha, by claiming so, was supporting the infidels claim against the Prophet (peace be upon him and his pure family) and proving that Satan had control over the Prophet because magicians could successfully cast a spell on him!

When Aisha claimed that the Prophet (peace be upon him and his pure family) was bewitched, she contradicted the holy Quran which completely denies the existence of having Satanic control over believers. So how could that possibly happen to the holy Prophet (peace be upon him and his pure family), who is the Master of all believers?

For this reason, we find that some Bakri scholars have refused to accept such narrations from Aisha. This is because accepting such narrations would invalidate the Prophethood of the holy Prophet (peace be upon him and his pure family).

Satan has no authority over believers. As Allah the Most Exalted has said in relation to Satan: “Surely he has no authority over those who believe and rely on their Lord; His authority is only over those who befriend him and those who associate others with Him” (Quran, 016:099-100)

Therefore, according to the holy Quran, Satan can exercise absolutely no authority over the believers who rely on their Lord. Alternatively, he could only have authority over those sinners, infidels and hypocrites who follow and befriend him. This means that whoever claims that the Prophet (peace be upon him and his pure family) was bewitched and deceived by Satan, is therefore denying the fact that the Prophet is a believer!

Respectively, Allah the Most Exalted has said: “and Allah will suffice thee against them” (Quran, 002:137) Meaning that Allah will suffice his Prophet against the evil of devils, magicians, infidels and hypocrites.

Clearly, Aisha did not believe in the above verse, because she claimed that the Prophet was controlled by Satan. Additionally, she claimed that the Prophet imagined things that had not happened. She, in fact, gave an opportunity to all those infidels, Christians, Jews and enemies of Islam to verbally attack the Prophet (peace be upon him and his pure family) and say:

“Since your Prophet’s wife personally stated that he was bewitched and deceived by Satan, one could logically deduce that he rather received satanic inspirations and therefore was not a true prophet!”

Therefore, since she degraded the Prophet’s personality and supported the infidels who had previously said that the Prophet was a wizard and a madman, she will, according to Ahlul Khilaf, become an infidel!

Abu Bakr al-Jassas (a Bakri scholar) stated in his well-known book “Ahkam al-Quran”:

“They alleged that the Prophet was bewitched and magic worked on him… Such hadiths are fabricated by infidels to mock inferior people and to lead them to reject the miracles of the Prophets and to create doubts in them, and that there is no difference between miracles of Prophets and tricks of magicians, and that they are the same. (Ahkam al-Quran, By Abu Bakr al-Jassas, vol. 1, p. 60)

Moreover, Abu Bakr al-Asam (a Bakri scholar) states in a book titled Al-Majmou’ by al-Nawawi:

“Reports narrating that the Holy Prophet peace be upon him [and his pure family] was bewitched should be refuted because they support the atheists’ accusing him of bewitchment. It is also contrary to the Qur’anic texts that belied them. (al-Majmou’ by al-Nawawi, vol. 19, p. 243)

Therefore, according to the statements above, Aisha who falsely claimed that the Prophet was bewitched and supported the infidels’ accusing the Prophet of bewitchment, becomes an infidel who should be burning in hellfire.

2. Second Proof: As Aisha was a very rude person, the Prophet (peace be upon him and his pure family) used to constantly warn her about her offensive language. 

He used to tell her: “O Aisha, do not be filthy and extremely rude, for Allah detests the use of harsh and evil words” (Sahih Muslim, vol. 07, p. 05)

Despite the Prophet’s warning, Aisha continued to verbally abuse and insult the wives of the Prophets such as Ummu Salamah, Safiyyah, Zainab bint Jahsh and Lady Khadija (peace be upon her). She also accused Lady Maria the Coptic (peace be upon her) of Adultery.

Additionally, She insulted Uthman by saying: “Kill Na’thal (i.e. insulting nickname means stupid old man), for he had become a disbeliever”. She also insulted her own brother Muhammad bin Abu Bakr and Amir al-Mu’minin (peace be upon him).

When Aisha insulted Umm Salamah (May Allah be pleased with her), the following Quranic verse was revealed: “O you who believe! let not (one) people laugh at (another) people perchance they may be better than they, nor let women (laugh) at (other) women, perchance they may be better than they; and do not find fault with your own people nor call one another by nicknames; evil is a bad name after faith, and whoever does not turn, these it is that are the unjust” (Quran, 49:11)

If we look at the tafsir of Ahlul Khilaf (i.e. Bakris) regarding the above verse, we find in Tafsir al-Wahidi, Tafsir al-Nisabouri and in Tafsir al-Qurtubi the following:

“This was revealed about two of the wives of the Prophet, Allah bless him [and his family] and give him peace, who derided Umm Salamah. What happened was that the latter tied her loins with a white dress and spread its extremity behind her such that she dragged it behind her. Aisha said to Hafsah: “Look at what she is dragging behind her! It looks like a dog’s tongue”.

We also find in Sunan abu Dawud: “Narrated Aisha: I said to the Prophet peace be upon him [and his pure family]: ‘It is enough for you in Safiyyah that she is such and such. The Prophet peace be upon him [and his pure family] then replied; You have said a word which would change the sea if it were mixed in it!” (Sunan abu Dawud, Bk. 41, No. 4857)

Therefore, since speaking badly of a person without that person’s knowledge falls under the category of backbiting, and since Aisha had insulted umm Salamah and Safiyyah behind their back as clearly stated above, and acted contrary to Allah’s command: “neither backbite one another. Would one of you love to eat the flesh of his dead brother? Ye abhor that (so abhor the other)!” (Quran, 49:12), then Aisha becomes a backbiter.

Additionally, since backbiting is equivalent to eating the flesh of the (backbiter’s) own brother, and since Ahmed bin Hanbal narrates that the Prophet (peace be upon him and his pure family) saw a group of people who were eating the flesh of dead bodies in hellfire so he asked: “Who are these people, O Jibreel?” to which Jibreel (peace be upon him) replied: “These are the people who ate the flesh of others (by backbiting)” (Musnad Ahmed, vol. 257/1)

Then Aisha is certainly now burning and eating the flesh of the dead bodies in hellfire.

3. Third Proof: Allah the Most Exalted has clearly ordered the wives of the Prophet to stay quietly in their houses, “And stay quietly in your houses, and make not a dazzling display, like that of the former times of Ignorance” (Quran, 33:33).

However, Aisha did not only disobey the order of Allah by leaving her residence, she also led a movement and ignited a bloody war against the Imam of her time in an attempt to kill him. Additionally, despite the Prophet’s warning, she exposed her beauties to men as stated in Irshad al-Qulub by al-Daylami and Kashf al-Yaqin by al-Allamah al-Hili:

Allah’s Prophet (peace be upon him and his pure family) once addressed his wives and warned them against leaving their houses or going against his successor Imam Ali ibn abi Talib (peace be upon him) to which Aisha replied: “O Apostle of God, we have not disobeyed any of your orders [only that you have not made remarks on]”.

The Prophet (peace be upon him and his pure family) then replied: “Yes you have disobeyed my order O Humaira! By Allah you shall [even] disobey me [go against my will again] after my demise; as you shall leave the house which I have left you in, exposing your beauties to men and surrounding by foolish people”.

Al-Sheikh al-Saduq in ‘Uyoon Akhbar al-Ridha reported that Imam Ali al-Ridha (peace be upon him) narrated a hadith on the authority of his grandfather the Prophet (peace be upon him and his pure family) regarding the woman who leaves her house without her husband’s permission:

On the night of ascension the Prophet (peace be upon him and his pure family) saw some women in great torment, he said: “I saw a woman hung by her legs in an oven of fire” then he said: “The one who was hanging by her legs went out of her house without her husband’s permission”

He also said (peace be upon him and his pure family): “And [I saw] another [woman] eating her own flesh while the fire was lit under her” He added: “The one who ate her own flesh adorned herself for men”

Therefore, since that it is proven in our books that Aisha went out of her house without her husband’s permission and adorned herself for men; one will logically deduce that Aisha is now burning in hellfire, hanging by her legs and eating her own flesh. She is indeed the Mistress of all women of hellfire.
